1. Community Explorers Forums

Action Together's Community Development Workers facilitate monthly Community Explorers forums, to support grassroots groups and help organisations network in their neighbourhoods.

The purpose of these forums is to enable voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise organisations in local communities to come together to share with each other information about the important work they are doing and to provide opportunities to collaborate.

To book on a Community Explorers forum visit our events page.

2. Health and Social Care Network

The Health and Social Care Network has been developed following the recent publication of the Tameside Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy and Locality Plan 2023-2028. Through this network we can help provide a detailed picture of the health and care needs of the local population, ensure that our service users' interests are considered, and that our VCFSE member organisations' expertise and diverse experience fully informs commissioning and strategy.
